·      Althea officinalis(tukhm-khatmi):- bring relief to bronchitis asthma ,sore throat, bronchial catarrh, pleurisy.

·      Ocimum sanctum (berg-e-tulsi):- considered as anti-inflammatory ,antispasmodic,antipyretic,antibacterial,and expectorant.

-dosage:- 2 tea spoons twice a day.
